My journey into nutrition began when I helped my husband manage his coeliac disease. I saw first-hand how food can either support or harm our health, especially for those with food sensitivities and long-term conditions. This experience made me realise just how important a well-balanced diet is for everyone, not just those with medical conditions.

Wanting to help others make better food choices, I studied and earned a Diploma in Diet and Nutrition. Now, as a member of The Complementary Medical Association, I keep up with the latest research to provide trustworthy advice.
